Once payment is received you will be sent a confirmation email requesting your name, phone number, and time zone within 48 hours of payment. Once you have sent your contact phone number you will be called to schedule an appointment ASAP, usually within the week. However, from time to time the wait is longer and please allow up to six weeks for a scheduled appointment in the event of schedule conflicts.
